By accessing or using the Enerzas platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
Enerzas is a platform that connects utilities, powerline contractors, equipment suppliers, and skilled workers in the powerline industry. Enerzas provides a union job board, an equipment marketplace, a supplier and company directory, and a community forum. Enerzas acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any contracts formed between users.
You must create an account to access certain features of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
All equipment listings, job postings, and community content must be genuine and accurate. Users may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent content. Enerzas reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of information they post.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Enerzas collects payment for subscription plans and featured listing fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan selected. Featured listing fees are charged at the time the boost is purchased. Enerzas does not currently process payments between buyers and sellers for equipment transactions; those transactions occur off-platform. All fees collected by Enerzas are listed in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout.
Enerzas charges fees in two categories. First, subscription fees for the Pro and Enterprise plans, billed at the rates published on the subscription page. Second, optional featured listing fees for sellers who choose to boost the visibility of an equipment listing. Enerzas does not currently process payments between buyers and sellers, does not hold transaction funds, and does not charge a commission on equipment sales, contracts awarded through job postings, or freight services arranged through the platform. Transactions between users occur off-platform and Enerzas is not a party to those transactions. Fee rates may change with 30 days written notice to active subscribers.
Enerzas verifies contractor profiles on a good-faith basis using information provided by users. Verification badges indicate that submitted documentation has been reviewed, but do not constitute a guarantee of the contractor's qualifications or suitability for any particular project.
The Enerzas platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Enerzas PMP Inc. and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Enerzas a non-exclusive licence to use and display such content in connection with the service.
Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Enerzas, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Enerzas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Enerzas in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
Enerzas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
